Change/Stop Service

To change service, click on Contact Us.  Select Change Service, select service site address, and add details in the note field. 

Include the following:

Date requested for change or stop

Type of service(Waste, Recycling, Organics)

New Service requested or mailing address if applicable

Once the Communication is received a Representative will research and process your request.  A Representative may need to reach out to you for additional information.
