Extra Pick Up Request

To request an extra pick up, click on Contact Us.  Select Request Additional Pick Up, select service site address, and add details in the note field. 

Include the following:

Date missed

Type of service missed(Waste, Recycling, Organics)

Location of cart

Once the Communication is received a Representative will research and process your request.  A Representative may need to reach out to you for additional information.
