Missed Service

To report a missed pick or request a return for service, click on Contact Us.  Select Missed Pick Up, select service site address, and add details in the note field. 

Include the following:

Date missed

Type of service missed(Waste, Recycling, Organics)

Location of cart

Once the Communication is received a Representative will research and process your request.  A Representative may need to reach out to you for additional information.
